To set up Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, I suggest you do the following steps:
1.Make sure you are using the Global Administrator or Billing Administrator. The user setting up Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online should be assigned either of these administrator roles.
2 .Check if the status of Dynamics CRM Online is OK by clicking Service Health in the left pane of Admin page.
