I’d like to confirm the following things:
1.When you say” I got Inbox messages in new MS Outlook perfectly as per Inbox of OWA”, do you mean all the emails import from your prior email account are in your Office 365 inbox? Or just the inbox emails in the prior email account?
2.When you say “However I am unable to view the folders which are in my new PST file of Desktop PC.”, do you mean you are not able to view the folders in your prior email account in Outlook desktop client?
If so, I’d like to confirm if you can find these folders in Outlook Web App?
In addition, for further troubleshooting, could you please post a screenshot of the left panel of Home page in Outlook desktop client when you open your Office 365 account in Outlook.
Open the Outlook -> Click Home -> capture a screenshot of the Outlook on the left panel and please erase your personal information in the screenshot.
