Office Web Apps doesn't support macros.
You could tell them to download your passworded spreadsheet and after they work in it, to save changes.
I tried uploading a passworded workbook in SkyDrive and in SharePoint and when I tried to open it it told me that it doesn't support encryption.
It offered me the option to download a linked workbook.
