Hi Larmstrong,

When you say “I click on PowerPoint, Word or OneNote in OWA”, you mean you click the PowerPoint, Word or OneNote in Office 365 Home page?

If so, I have done a test from my side, it works ok. I’d like to suggest you do the steps below to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Type in your Team Site link manually in browser to see if there is any improvement.
2. Use an Internet Explorer browser to see if it works well.

In addition, I’d like to confirm which version of Office 365 you are using? Office 365 for Small Business or Office 365 for enterprises.
