When printing from a web based Office document, the text is garbled or missing. If the document is opened in the application (ie Word) it prints fine. All local documents print fine. I notice when printing, that the document is changed form Document.docx to Document.pdf, so I assume there is a conversion being done before the document is sent to the printer.
Where is this conversion done? Can I view this PDF to determine if it is the conversion process or the printing process that is causing the issue? Does Office 365 work better with a specific type of driver (language, local/network, IP/SMB)
This only started when we moved documents to the cloud.
