Problem With Contact Page

Have a problem with the contact us page.  On the bottom of that page there is a portion to fill out which includes: First name, Last Name, E-mail address, phone number, and message.  Then there is a submit button on the bottom of the page.  When clients fill this out we never recive anything.  I believe that this problem has existed since the ISON, LLC has developed the web page.
